- Our main cabin can comfortably accommodate 7 guests, featuring a full kitchen, 3 queen beds, a cozy living room, dining area, and a bathroom complete with a tub for those relaxing soaks after a day of adventure.

- The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils, ensuring you feel right at home when preparing meals.

- The living area, furnished with plush seating, is the ideal spot to relax and reminisce about the day's activities.

- Gather in the dining room for delightful meals and cherished conversations.

- For those cooler nights, propane heating is available to keep you warm and cozy.

- Our commitment to sustainability is evident with the solar panels on the property as the primary source of energy. There is a generator for emergency power needs.

- Fresh water is sourced directly from our private well.

- Adventure seekers will appreciate the opportunity to bring their own horses or ATVs to traverse the vast expanse of our property.

- For hunting enthusiasts, our land offers prime hunting grounds. Please inquire about hunting opportunities on our private land for an additional fee.

- Our location is adjacent to two National parks and BLM land, providing even more hunting possibilities in grid 421.

- If you're traveling with a larger group, we have four additional cabins available for rent, ensuring everyone has their own private space while still being close to the group.

- We welcome guests to bring their own outdoor equipment, including horses and ATVs. Rentals are also available from nearby facilities.

- While we provide WiFi for your convenience, our secluded location encourages guests to come prepared with all essentials, as the nearest town is a short drive away.

- Note that our cabins are winterized without running water; an outhouse is available in our common area for convenience.

- Temperature fluctuates, with the occasional surprise snowstorm.
- Pack waterproof hiking boots, a light jacket, and adaptable layers.

**Summer (June-August):**
- Warm, dry weather prevails (60s to 90s °F).
- Dress in breathable clothing, bring sunscreen and a hat.
- Hiking shoes and a light jacket for cooler nights are recommended.

**Fall (September-November):**
- Cooler weather (30s to 60s °F) with potential rain and snow.
- Pack layers and waterproof footwear for hiking.

Just a heads-up: our WiFi and utilities run on a gas generator. To ensure its longevity, we have specific operating hours, which means there might be brief periods without WiFi access. Currently, the generator runs from 7:30am-12pm and 3pm-9:00pm. We are in the process of installing solar panels for your 24/7 convenience.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
